Modern automated rice mills produce edible and aesthetically appealing rice free of husks, stones and other non-grain material. As these machines mill paddy in stages, operators are able to mill large quantities of paddy at a time. Automated rice mills lower mechanical stresses and heat buildup in the grain to minimize grain breakage and produce uniformly polished grain. Automated rice mills process paddy from the pre-cleaning stage to de-stoning, sifting (separating impurities) length grading, polishing up to weighing and bagging.
DOMA automated rice mills effectively clean dust and allergens in raw paddy within a vacuum, and prevents health hazards caused by dust and heavy lifting through providing fully automated features. The machine also reduces production as it is capacitated to operate 16 hours at a stretch to clean 1000kg of rice per hour. DOMA rice mills offer a more sophisticated system to produce a larger proportion of thoroughly milled whole grains. DOMA automated rice mills come with a modern rice polisher, destoner, seperater, grader and rice huller to produce well-polished, clean, dust and debris free, graded rice. The length grader separates intact and broken rice.
DOMA automated rice mills incorporate state-of-the-art adjustments including rubber roll clearance, separator bed inclination, feed rates. Rice polishers in DOMA mills are equipped with gauges that sense the current load on the motor drives which gives an indication of the operating pressure on the grain. This allows operators to set the milling pressure to match the grain. In addition, the operator can monitor and set each stage of rice milling separately.
