Speaking on the partnership was Supun Jayasinghe, Chief Operating Officer at IMI GAMES, “IMI GAMES takes pride in taking the games medium to be a disruptive force in the digital landscape. Unlike audio and video-based entertainment, games take constant feedback from users, making it a medium that thrives on active user engagement. Partnerships play an important role in bringing this experience as a form of advergames (advertising & gaming) genre to help connect brands and games into one ecosystem. The introduction to IMI GAMES via FriMi’s Lifestyle section is our approach to offer Games as a Service (GaaS) to all FriMians. This ensures that the user will have in-app engagement within the FriMi app to experience our games and have fun. Partnering with Sri Lanka’s fintech giant, FriMi, has been an amazing experience as it supports us to build hyper engagement, while offering a rewarding experience to FriMi.”
