The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) says the number of foreign tourists coming to Sri Lanka is gradually increasing.
SLTDA Director General Dhammika Wijesinghe said nearly 43,000 foreign tourists have visited Sri Lanka in July.
The official said there is already a system in place to provide fuel for the vehicles that transport foreign tourists coming to Sri Lanka as well as for the electricity generators at tourist hotels and other needs.
Accordingly, the Director General of the Tourism Development Authority Dhammika Wijesinghe further said arrival of tourists is expected to continue to grow during this month.
